Key Data Flows
Section titled “Key Data Flows”Cloud AI requests can include transcript text, prompts, document excerpts, tool context, and actual screenshot images. Deepgram receives audio when chosen for transcription. ExtraBrain AI sends analysis context to ExtraBrain for managed processing.
The analytics preference can upload AI prompts, responses, tool payloads, and included screenshots to ExtraBrain’s AWS observability service; audio is excluded. Disable it to stop future uploads through that path. It is not accurately described as anonymous usage counters alone.
Saved sessions and imported documents are local, but deleting them does not retract content already sent externally. Review session deletion, document removal, and the privacy policy.
